Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Equipment
Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for freight pickup for heavy items like racks or platforms, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear for wear or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
