What is the typical lead time for equipment orders?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom-built rigs or commercial-grade racks, lead times can vary between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the production schedule.
How do I maintain my American Barbell barbells?
To prevent oxidation, we recommend brushing chalk out of the knurling after every session with a nylon brush and applying a light coat of 3-in-One oil or WD-40 Specialist Corrosion Inhibitor at least once a month.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the equipment and the destination country. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy for strength equipment?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the weight and nature of the products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, our barbells and plates carry various warranties ranging from 1 year to limited lifetime coverage against manufacturer defects and structural failure. Specific warranty terms are listed on each product page.
Can I track my freight shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse via LTL freight, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment.
